On October 2, the Association for Women in Mathematics named its inaugural class of 25 AWM Fellows, including Jim Morrow as the lone man. Fellows were selected from past AWM presidents, AWM Life Time Service Award winners, and AWM Humphreys Award winners, with Jim having received the third annual Humphreys Award in 2013 in recognition of his "outstanding record of motivating women students to pursue advanced degrees and research careers in the mathematical sciences."
