Many people think that math is a solitary activity but in fact much of mathematics is done through collaboration and discussion. With that in mind, the Math Department is pleased to host the Math Major Study Hall (MMSH) in Autumn 2024.
MMSH is a cubical in the Math Study Center (MSC) located in Communications Building (CMU-B014). The space is available whenever the MSC is open. You can use the space to study, meet others and work on math together for Math courses 300-level or higher. You do not have to be a math major to use the space, just enrolled in a Math course. Please note the tutors in the MSC are working there to assist with 100-level Mathematics.
