If your students are allowed a sheet of notes on exams and quizzes, that will serve as their memory aid. Otherwise, if a student is granted this accommodation, make sure both you and student are familiar with the process for its use and approval. In particular, the student must submit the memory aid to the professor for approval at least three days prior to the exam at which time the professor may approve it as is or make edits. The professor must return the approved memory aid to DRS at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam.
