Zhenqing Chen named Fellow of the American Mathematical Society

Zhenqing Chen is one of fifty mathematical scientists from around the world to be included in the 2014 class of AMS Fellows. This program, which is now in its second year, recognizes AMS members who have made outstanding contributions to the creation, exposition, advancement, communication, and utilization of mathematics. One goal of the program is to create an enlarged class of mathematicians recognized by their peers as distinguished for their contributions to the profession and to honor excellence.
