(No prior knowledge on graph coloring required.)
A proper coloring of a graph is a way to assign a color to each vertex such that no adjacent vertices are assigned the same color. This talk has nothing to do with this kind of coloring.
Instead, I will introduce some color theory and some basics of digital art from a mathematical perspective. We will see how understanding the mathematics behind color and layering effects can explain a variety of coloring, rendering, and photo editing techniques.
This is a pictionary talk, all slides will be pictures.
