Please join us for a low-key group writing session on Thursday from 11:00am–1:00pm in C-38.
The idea is partly to provide some dedicated time and company for graduate students and postdocs working on job materials, but we’d like to open it up more broadly as well. If you’re working on the written portion of job applications, grants, fellowships, a paper or book, or really anything else that would benefit from a couple of focused hours, please join us.
No preparation is required. Just bring your laptop, whatever materials you have so far, and a willingness to try to get some writing done.
We’ll keep it informal, and if people are still going strong toward the end, we can order some pizza.
