Seminar: ADE diagrams, old and new stories

We survey some old and new results related to the ADE diagrams and discuss some recent progress on noncommutative McKay correspondence, connecting quantum group and noncommutative invariant theory and noncommutative algebraic geometry, in which the ADE diagrams play an important role.
