Activated random walk is an interacting particle process whose study is motivated by questions from statistical mechanics. We will discuss recent results for activated random walk on a cycle. In particular, we obtain information about the critical density that matches what is known on ZThis is joint work with Riddhipratim Basu, Shirshendu Ganguly, and Chris Hoffman.
